The project introduces 65 residential units above an active commercial base. The ground floor includes approximately 4,000 square feet of restaurant shell space and 12,000 square feet of office space spanning the first and second floors. Second-floor balconies extend that activity outward along the corridor.
Two contrasting brick colors and complementary metal panels help break up the building’s mass while giving it a confident presence along the street. Ground-floor storefronts open directly to the sidewalk, creating an active pedestrian experience along East McMillan.
