At New Republic, we are a collaborative team that pushes the edge of wholistic, intentional design. Relationships with our staff, our Clients, and the communities we design for are at the heart of everything we do.
We are proud of our culture and our work environment. How we treat our staff, our Clients and our community, matter to us. We value continued collaboration, communication and congenial working relationships. We always aspire to grow and to learn more, about our buildings, our community, our Clients, and ourselves.
We take initiative and bring ideas to our Clients. New Republic strives to interact with each Client as if they are our only Client. We care about providing our Clients with a fantastic boutique experience and the best service.
New Republic values the trust our Clients place in us to collaborate and create the best possible designs to meet their needs. We are accountable, we own our work, we follow up and follow through.
Our relationships with our Clients and the community are the foundation of our work together. Good design starts with good communication.
We check our egos at the door, roll up our sleeves and collaborate with all stakeholders in the design process. We put our Clients and their architecture first as we guide them through the experience of co-creating great architecture. We listen before we draw.
We develop young designers and encourage them to bring fresh ideas to the table. We invest in continuing education for veteran staff to keep their skills sharp as they oversee and shape the design process. New Republic teaches our Clients about architecture so they can make good design decisions. We never stop learning; we are students of architecture who learn from our Clients, each other, and by studying great buildings and spaces.
While the New Republic team works hard in the studio, we also believe in work-life balance. We make a habit of having fun outside the office, celebrating big and small wins with the team and our Clients. From happy hours at a neighborhood brewery, to visiting local entertainment spots and backing local fundraisers, we believe in celebrating our successes while supporting our community.
We believe that great architecture is as a catalyst for positive change in communities and can revitalize our rich urban, suburban and historic landscapes. Since our founding in 2014, New Republic has been on a mission to enrich our built environment by creating spaces where people and communities can thrive.
We are equally engaged in preserving our community’s historic architectural legacy, enhancing our urban core, and bringing an element of urbanity to the suburbs. Our passion is housing. Whether multi-family or single-family, Historic Rehabilitation or new construction, market-rate or Affordable Housing, purely residential or mixed-use, our team is excited about all types of residential architecture.
Private Clients make up 90% of our business and we give them a collaborative, personal, boutique experience without sacrificing the design expertise and project experience of a larger firm. Whether a single-family or multi-family developer, we appreciate the Client relationship and deliver attentive customer service, because when our clients are having a good experience, so are we.
