Foundry Park is a 107-home infill development on a former industrial site in Cincinnati’s Oakley neighborhood. The mix of attached and detached townhomes provided the scale and density necessary to maximize the site while maintaining a sense of variety across the community. The design team introduced a range of two- and three-story homes—including some with walk-out basements—to respond to grade changes and optimize the site plan. Outdoor living elements such as porches and balconies were strategically incorporated to balance market appeal with constructability. All homes were designed with optional elevators and flexible study/bonus spaces, giving our clients additional tools to meet diverse buyer demands.
