New Republic was the Architect of Record for this project of eighty-five ranch-style homes designed for buyers seeking to downsize without sacrificing amenities. The team worked closely with Traditions Building Group to implement the client’s vision of customizable base plans, each offering eight or more elevation options to create distinctive homes and a varied, traditional streetscape. Rear courtyards provide opportunities for covered outdoor living, accessible from both open living areas and private primary suites, extending interior space to the outdoors. Long front porches strengthen the connection to the street and neighborhood, enhancing a strong sense of community.
