Crossings at Beckett was designed to take advantage of surrounding retail with a grocery-anchored center, creating a pedestrian-focused community. Low-rise, three-story walk-up buildings created the most cost-effective means of developing the site. A flat roof design functions to transition the community from the adjacent commerical district to the surrounding single-family neighborhoods.
The community is highly-amentized with a slope roofed community center, tennis courts and a pool.
